- These coaches are available for private instructional sessions including pitching, hitting, throwing, and fielding - - weight training, speed training, form running, diet and nutrition - - and mental training and preparation for play to play, pitch to pitch, and game to game.
Head of Operations Bear Bay
Bear has been giving Pitching and Hitting instruction for 10 years as well as coaching with the Heat. Coach Bay played professionally for 11 years and officially retiring in 2013. He went to Angelina College after Graduating from North Shore High School in 2001. He was on the All Region team at Angelina 2 years in a row and was drafted by the Chicago Cubs after his freshman year, but Bear decided to go back to school another year before signing with the Cubs before the next draft. Coach Bay is also Head of Operations of the Houston Heat, taking over for Phil Cross who recently retired (Phil is still currently serving on the board of directors for the Houston Heat).
