Tournament Entry Fees

NO GATE FEE will be charged at the front gate. The gate fee was added to your registration fee, which covers entry to the facility for everyone on your team, and those who are spectators.

Parking

Parking is at each individual’s own risk. Everyone knows what happens at baseball parks: balls hit are not always confined to the field of play. We are all aware of that going in. DO NOT PARK in any service drive area so as to block access to that particular area. DO NOT leave purses and other valuables in your car!!

Food & Drinks

There will not be concessions at any of the game sites.  You are encouraged to bring your own drinks, snacks and coolers. Teams /players should also plan on bringing their own drinks.

Between Games

Please clear the dugout area as quickly as possible after the conclusion of your game as other teams are trying to get their game started. Have your team pick up any trash in the dugouts and then hold any team discussions outside the playing field area. If batting cages are available they will be open for use.

Safety

Safety for parents, siblings, players & coaches is of upmost importance at all Houston Heat events. Please remember that balls may leave the playing field at any time and can cause serious injury should you be struck by one. Also remember that during these Summer months the temperature can easily reach the high 90's with a heat index well above 100. All participants and spectators should maintain hydration to avoid heat related illnesses.
